Hi everyone just a really quick update to let you know I’m across the line and have had the most amazing day (mega mega under exaggeration!). I ended up crossing the line a few hours late, to a totally overwhelming welcome, way way beyond anything I’d ever imagined. It would take a very long time to tell you all about it, so I’ll save that for another time. Seeing everyone again and finally getting those hugs was really something special!
I’ll keep writing this blog for a little while, to tell you all about how I’m finding life back on land, but I have a feeling that there’s going to be just too much to tell so you’re going to have to wait for the book!
Thanks again to everyone who’s sent me a message and was thinking of Ella’s Pink Lady and I out there, It made all the difference. Well that’s it from me because there’s fresh food to eat, more hands to shake and pretty soon a big non-rolling bed to sink into. What a day!
Jesse

It was a great event/adventure to be on tour with you for so long time! It won't be easy now, not to hear from you mostly every day.

Belated Happy Birthday!
I read about the great birthday party held in your honor. I would have love to be there too as well! [dreams,,,] But honestly, I would to really hove to see the videos of your historic journey and I know my tears will flow just like for the others present there.
Right now, I'm waiting for the book that you would write and read about your adventures in the high seas first hand.
All the best!
Albert

Looks like we’re getting a little action on the blog, I hope it continues to grow and all the mail in limbo gets cut loose. So you’ve been home for a whole week now, I really hope that you’ve had a good time. I hope that you feel completely rested and are full of all your favorite foods, not to much chocolate I hope…….@ Gayle Derrick: “The Lady in Red”… The first time I heard this song it was sung by Kenny Rogers, I always thought it was a beautiful song, but moreso now. Very fitting for such an angel as Jessica. It still brings tears to my eyes.
@ Roger: Happy Birthday to you, may you enjoy many, many more. Hope you had a good time……
Looking forward to your next blog, will you answer all the anticipated questions, there’ll be a ton of them. Take care, loads of love and hugs.
God held you in the palm of His hands, the Angels kept your sails full, the King sent some of his pets to swim alongside of you, and I, I prayed for you. Your faithful friend, fan and follower Michael 75) from Kingwood, WV
Happy belated birthday.
Your party sounded fabulous and you looked absolutely gorgeous.
Congratulations again on your inspirational achievement.
You may be an 'ordinary' girl, as you say... but one who has done an amazing and fantastic thing and managed a courageous feat.
I have just read Jesse Martins book and must say your blogs sound like you enjoyed it all much more than he did. It sounds to me that he liked it better looking back than when he was actually going through it all. I look forward to reading your book.

I'm sure you are hugely busy and don't know where to begin on catching us up on your landing and subsequent days, but I'll be checking in periodically for those updates.
Take care and blessings,
Tracie
Hope you are enjoying all the activities on dry land! However, your blogs are already missed as they became a part of our daily lives for those months at sea. May each of your dreams continue to come true! Now just looking forward to your book.....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

Hope your enjoying the stationary bed. Did you notice how quiet it was the first night onshore? No ocean sounds or creaking of cables. Take care now.
PS you have made an awesome example for many young ladies for years to come.
